The rumored villains for Spiderman 3 is Sandman (this is confirmed and will be played by Thomas Hayden Church) and Venom (mostly confirmed and to be played by Topher Grace). As for Hobgoblin, the teaser for the movie (which is supposed to be attached to some copies of Superman Returns so keep an eye out for it) allegedly shows the Green Goblins toys and weapons so he might be showing up as well (James Franco is going to appear but it's hard to say if the Hobgoblin will appear since that might be too much for just 1 movie).
As for Spiderman 4, the actors and director were only signed on for 3 movies. Thus, there's no guarantee that there will be a 4th movie and Sam Raime has given indications that he's not excited about doing #4. But, given the expected huge boxoffice (this is easily the most anticipated movie of 2007 and the opening weekend should be incredible, easily hitting $100 million for a new record), don't be surprised if the studios start working out new contracts with everyone involved.

i love spiderman, i just went to universal in orlando and got spiderman pajamas, a spiderman keychain, a spiderman pressed penny thing, and a spiderman bag. pretty sweet i tell you.
how many spiderman movies are they gonna make? is this the last one? if it is ill be sad!
