Wow, she looks about 9, but I can believe it. I used to work with a Korean woman who looks around 19 and was in her 40s, but don't think it has anything to do with race. It could be the smaller stature makes us think very petite people are younger than they really are. A white girl I went to college with got pulled over by the cops when she was 23 because they didn't believe her, even after seeing her ID, that she was 23...they thought she was 12!
To be 19 and look 9 would be an advantage in acting though...able to play a child but bring the depth of an adult to the role. In your personal life though it would not be cool to look that young and be older, at least until you are over 40.

yes, people of the east really take care of their bodies. they do lots of things to stay in shape, and eat only what their body needs. i've seen women that are 40 and look 20. its amazing.
