at 7 weeks you'd not be able to distinguish anything much at all! First scans are normally done at around 12 weeks when the foetus is clearly visible, if you have a scan around 7 weeks it is normally for dating purposes and therefore only confirms the existence of a pregnancy. So..don't expect arms and legs and your unborn child waving cos you'll most likely just see a blob this early on in pregnancy.

I had a scan at 8 weeks and 1 day , on the photo all i could see was a very small white mass in the womb. The baby isn't fully formed until 12 weeks.

The foetus will have bud like arms and legs that are just beginning to grow but it will resemble a blob at around that time. Most only just detect pregnancy at around 6 weeks so size wise you would be looking at possibly the size of a thumb nail.
A heartbeat can be detected but like one person rightly said they will do these scans to confirm the pregnancy

length approx 25mm weight approx 3g you wont see it clearly but the fetus has a nose, mouth and tongue. the heart and other internal organs are established although you not likely to see on scan just yet. on a scan this early you would have a vaginal scan the fetus would look like a jelly bean.

Varies dependant on the type of scan ... most likely it will look like a black and white weather photo :-) No great detail will be able to be seen.

the baby is about 5-13mm and is still little more than a cluster of cells but some features are starting to form like the digestive tract and the lungs and they are starting to develop eyes and a face.
