always wear a condom !! use lots of lube.....patience patience patience...slow down the penetrations...leave it in for her to adjust to your size.....tell her to relax...lots of touching and kissing instead of focusing just on the penetration alone....lots of reassurance....

You should always use a condom if you want to help prevent pregnancy (read: "HELP" - condoms are NOT 100% effective). There may be a little bit of bleeding if it's her first time.
