well while me and my cousin was talking on the phone she called me a ************ and something else so then i told that i would hang up on her and i did so yesterday she called back 2 see if i were still mad i said hell yeah a little bit would we ever be friends again should i say sorry first please i need help and advice from someone

OK...call your cousin back and tell her you don't appreciate her calling you names and if she does it again, you will hang up again. Then ask if she wants to go to the mall or something....it's not that big of a deal, honey. It's family that's important, but she also needs to respect you. Also tell her that kind of talk makes her sound like trash. So...forgive her and get back to being friends and family. Good luck.

If someone is abusive on the phone (************ would qualify as abusive) then hanging up is the right thing to do. No one has a right to abuse you.
Will you be friends again? Odds are when you're family that you will.
Best bet though..give it some time for you both to cool off and for her to give you a call and apologize.
If the apology never comes well...you can try to sit down and talk about it, but if she's going to be a ***** and never admits to being wrong, then maybe she's not such a good friend.
Anyway..we don't have all the facts, only you do so you'll have to decide.
But a cool off period is almost always a good idea.

I think you really need to talk to your cousin about talking to you with respect. That is a very harsh word. I wouldn't except that from anyone. You have the right to be mad. You shouldn't say sorry. You are the one who should get the apology and a promise that your cousin will NEVER let these words or any other foul language be spoken as a description of you. I would have hung up also. It is better than going down to their level. You did the right thing hun.

hav u guys had arguments like these before? why did she call u by that name? its not about who says sorry first, if u wanna settle, u need to trace back to what led to such awful remarks. did u say something inconsiderate? - but the thing with me is, if u no longer feel pissed, why not kiss and make up rite?
and check if your period is almost due. (in a week or a couple more days) cuz your grumpiness could be due to PMS. its a fact. girls are more emotional during those times.

Dont you dare say sorry first!She is in the wrong,and needs to apologise to you.Tell her you will not be spoken to like that,that it was out of order.you are a human being with feelings and deserve respect.She needs her mouth washed out with soap.
