When on eBay lots of people are selling Iraqi dinars is it legal to buy them. What are the rules on this and changing them into english curreny

It might be legal as rules from one country are not international

but probably at least in the US is not legal

I think I would probably play safe rather than sorry. Ebay is not a place I would normally go to change money. I would choose my own bank or an international one.

Yes, it is illegal from an Iraqi law perspective. However, if you just want to collect coins or something it will be alright

Make certain they are not forgeries

YES of course it is legal, but there are alot of countries out there if you are one of them where it is not legal it is about time to think hard

yes, but due to it's unstable nature I would only buy a few as a collector and not as an investment strategy!
