Its not proper to see other guys when a woman is married, as well as guys to see other women. the Vows are great words, and the woman can be sued for at least public scandal or be imprisoned. Worse, If they are found together with that another man having sex, he has a right to kill them both and claim that he blacked out. He can be aquitted. The father has the right to claim the child under the law in this situation that she is seeing another man. It is in the law. Please tell your friend that marriage is not a game that you can go out whenever you want. ILove is not about being happy. Its about responsibility and sacrifice. Im sorry but I think she must not break out of the marriage. I have a lot of friends with separated parents. Im sure you would not like to know their stories.

The husband has no right to tell her she isn't going to see her daughter again--for one thing, it's not true, because it takes the COURT to decide that and courts very rarely give custody to the father over the mother, and even more rarely with no visitation rights for the mother. If she's decided to divorce her husband and this is the only thing she's hesitating about, then she should follow through with the divorce because her husband's just making empty threats to try to trap her back in the marriage.

i dont believe that the husband can remove the child from mom's custody unless he can prove the she is presently unfit. If she is considered "fit" he cannot remove the child, however, I would recommend consulting an attorney before taking action. Additionally, if she goes ahead to cheat, it may be frowned upon in the courts. I recommend holding off on this new guy until things are complete with the courts. If she really wants her daughter, as difficult as it may be to delay her romantic relationship, you really dont want any more conflicts than absolutely necessary.

1) Why would a mother EVER even have the question of chosing anyone over her child?
2) Why would you even get in the middle of this??? Unless your friend is really you.
3) Why is the Wife/Mom being a cheater?

divorce! if she divorces him, only the courts can keep her from seeing her daughter. she should divorce and be with who she really wants. if she is afraid he may take the daughter from the mother unlawfully, she should be very watchful and tell the authorities as soon as she suspects that he might take her.

She needs to contact a lawyer. I wouldn't date this man behind the person's back. It will only lead to trouble. You friend has rights in regards to seeing her child.
