In my part of the country, we use high powered air rifles.

Place a variety of foods in a container like bird food,crackers,sunflower seeds, old french fries, and mouse poison pellets all mixed together. This is cruel but it is effective. Hopefully they will fly away and die somewhere else.

shoot them! just kidding, try 'tacky toes' a substance you can put where they nest and hang out and they get stuck/have to pull a feather out to get away and they won't come back. Or strips of leather/wood with nails up through so they won't want to land there.And remember that pigeon poop is quite toxic

Flying rats...really bad for your health. If we had loads I'd get a hawk.
