How come it's hard for ladies to befriend other women who's more attractive than them? I am female and average looking and I have trouble befriending women who are more attractive than me. And most of us have this paranoia that they're going to steal our husbands/boyfriends (if you've seen the movie "Malena" you'll know what I'm talking about).
And if you are an attractive woman, do you or don't you have a lot of female friends?

To that poster named "canuck": I'm looking for constructive answers. I wasn't asking you to be my friend.

I have had friends who are more attractive than I am. What's the big deal? But I wouldn't let any women get too close to my husband. (Do you really think ugly women are more trustworthy with your husband? Do you think a cheating husband can be trusted more with any ugly woman?)

This is a very good question.I am 5ft 10,6ft and over with heels.slim with implants, long hair, very attractive.(Im not big headed).I dont have a close friend.people say hi and thats as far as it goes.Im looked upon as predatory women in relationships .i thought once I got in my current relationship of 2 years things would be different.Good looks is like a lonely curse,Id rather be average and have lots of friends.

if your man's 'stealable', it doesn't matter how beautiful you are. He either loves you, or he doesn't.
Myself, I befriend women who mirror my values.
Frankly, if my guy wanted to bone my friends--and they allowed it!--I'd boot them all because they didn't value me. And then I'd seriously examine my brain for picking a bunch of hosehead loser friends.
