I can't find any references to that particular subsitution pattern, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist or has not been made. Looking at the various hits that do appear when I search on 3,4,5 and trichlorophenoxy (note corrected spelling), I'd suggest it may be an herbicide or similar

3,4,5-trichlorophenoxyethanoic acid is commonly known as 3,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid. It is found as an impurity in 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (the basis for the herbicide 2,4,5-T) which is its isomeric analogue.
