http://www.writing.com <- to submit more writings, subscription needed

http://www.critiquecircle.com <- need to earn points to submit your writings by giving critiques on others (haven't used it for a long time, not sure of their rules and regulations have changed)

All of these can be found by using Yahoo search or Google.

There are a TON of websites....usually they are associated with colleges but you don't always have to be a student to submit.

Here's one that I've submitted to:

The question is are you trying to make money at this? Because that's not going happen with e-publishing. You'll get exposure and experience, but not money. Money comes later when you've gotten th first two things.

There aren't any websites or programs, but you can go to microsoft word proffesor. And a great website to go to is Nick.com and try that wrestling Nacho Libre game. (It's HARD)!
