go to yahoo mail
click on forgot password
answer your security question and you will get a new password from yahoo which will be your password.this password will not be easy one.
change it afterwards

If someone has stolen your password, all you need to do is change it. If you've forgotten your password, or the person that stole it changed it, then go to crackz.com to find a program to break the password code. Make sure your anti virus software is up to date and running because just visiting this site has the potential to have a virus infect your PC.

okay, first try Forget My Password page
if didnt work because the hacker changed the secret question
then "For Hotmail":
you contact hotmail and they will ask you some questions about you identity ex. Name, location, Date of birth, another personal questions and they will ask you when EXACTLY was your last login to your account
if you are a suscriber for Mail Plus 'Paid Service" service they might ask you the last 4 digits from your credit card

you can trick them go to unfriends and if you remember the password then tell them if you can have there password so you can talk to them and lie and if you remember the password write on a sheet of paper.if you forgot the password then go to www.crackz.com.it always works.

use the password reminder on the website. u should be able to recall the information u supplied while registering like date of birth, secret question ..... etc.
