Well, I've got the same problem. but the very best way is to eat healthy. other wise your skin and body is gonna suffer from all the unhealthy, oily diet.
The most important thing is to eat in the mornings. not to overdue it. and eat in the afternoon your main meal, because as your system is tired in the evening and can't dissolve a heavy meal in the evening.
Do eat 3 meals a day - yes and you can eat and eat and eat during the day. but be patient, you won't put weight on in the first few days or weeks! I know, as when I'm stressed out, i loose weight verrrrrrry easily and i do struggle to put on that weight. I've lost.
Other wise, you can ask your doctor to work out a eating plan for you.

Try eating foods with high fat content like bacon eggs with cheese and toast for breakfast, a cheeseburger and milkshake
for lunch, lasagna for dinner with texas toast, or steak, mashed
potatoes, ice cream or pie and cake for desserrt.....just keep
eatin' whatever you're hungry for I guess. I was underweight
two months ago...way too thin. I've gained just enough wgt
to put some meat on my bones....it's taken several months
though...you really should keep it healthy...not all high sugar and fat content....dont worry just learn to eat right and everything eventually work out...if you are anorexic and way too thin like under 100lbs maybe you should see a doctor...thats too thin...i was getting way too thin but decided to gradually increase my food intake and it worked...there's no overnight remedy

eat a lot of carbohydrates like bread, pasta, pizza, et. Also eat alot of meat and after u have eaten alot, just sit down and watch a movie. You can also eat alot at night and then go to sleep, so all the fat will not get burned off.

dont eat too little and just try to be healthy, some ppl are just naturally skinny, so if u know ur being healthy and eating enough then u'l b fine - stop worrying and be happy wid hu u r! x

eat right, sleep well, and stop worring about ure weight, TRUST ME THIS REALLY DOES WORK !!!! just remember to eat healthy and exercise atleast light weights.

eat high protein foods, NOT JUNK! for example, have whole milk with your cereal, add bananas, add nuts, you get the idea. do weights and stretch.
