Does a ex convict have the right to vote after serving time and parole and is productive in the community???there's millions of ex cons who don't vote cause they don't know.

I think every American should have the right to vote, Go ahead and register, I doubt if they check records. I knew an ex felon and they voted.

When one is a convicted felon, they lose the right to vote and the right to bear arms. There may be other things, but I am not certain on them so I would prefer not to say.
Interesting enough, if one has a disablility, they also lose the right to bear arms, but not the right to vote...

In Canada, even those who are in prison have the right to vote. I am not sure how many do, however, they still have the opportunity to do so.
