There isn't really a way to remove scratches off of a cd. You can buy cd scratch removers but all they do really is fill in the scratch so that it doesn't damage the lazer when it is being read. But there is no way to ever get the data back off of the scratched area.

You can purchase a Disc Dr. It will remove the scratches if they aren't too deep and the cd will play fine.

You can find plastic polish in a hardware store. It should work for light scratches.

get one of those little hand held devices they sell like at wallgreens. theyre like $20. They actually work
Other than that, I dont think theres anyother way
