i think this war is completely stupid, and has no purpose... bush is a complete idiot.. he has no idea wat he's doing, and we're over there, wasting lives for no reason at all... its so stupid... why are we still over there? we have hudam hussain, and ven laden, what the hell are we doing? yea september 11th was crucial, and we were obviously trajicly upset about it, but why be as low as them, and go kill them? its completely useless, and i cant wait until bush is outa office

This is international politics. If you want your Country to be a super power and remain in this position, you have to do all these. Unless there is war, there is no need for war machines and what will America do with all the war machines they make. Also, it helps America to test their WMD in real conditions. The bunker busters are really effective and they can now market it to all over the world. The Dollar will be stronger for ever. It is a different matter that more than 2500 fellow American Soldiers lives are lost.

It was a war to flex muscles. We needed to go somewhere after 9/11 and do something big. It was a statement. Sometimes to protect the sheep you shoot a wolf even if he's not right on top of the flock.

It was a message. It worked.

You can contact me if you like. I don't share the same views as you, but I know the history over there better than most people.

Alot of american boys are getting killed and will be getting killed. This war is just like the Vietnam war. When it is all said and done the same thing is going to happen, as soon as we leave the so called bad guys will take over anyway. From the beginning the war was unwinnable. We have no business telling another country how to run their government. This war will drain us. Dont get me wrong I strongly support our troops, its this useless government that I dont and especially this bungling president.

Who made Bush Junior President of the world? Now no-one knows how to withdraw the troops from Iraq.

What would you suggest we do now? Troops have died fighting and we've spent a lot of money & resources there to accomplish the goal of a Free Iraq, They are progressing very quickly. Leaving early would make a complete waste of all our time and effort.

hey! we don't have Bin Laden yet. And it's funny because he's the one that did us in on Sept 11 but yet we opted to go after Suddam in Iraq. Go Figure.
