what country are you referring to?
well, look for a job in that country and send your resume. if you are qualified they will process ur ppaer.

I am not sure, but I think you have to get a working visa. In order to do that, you probably need to have a job lined up, and have sponsors. It is probably best to go onto a government website and search for how to do that. It will be difficult though, don't get me wrong. I live here and I'm having a hard time finding a job, but I encourage you to keep working at it and make what you want come true. It's your dream, so go for it. Hope this helps a little bit. You can't. You might be able to come to the USA to work, but it takes years to become a citizen.
One way to get permissin to come here is to marry someone who is a citizen.
