My favorite is "To Be or Not to Be." But, I also love the Producers (esp Theater version), History of the World (both parts) and Blazing Saddles.

By far, Blazing Saddles. I could be driving in my car and think of a line and laugh my *** off. Any movie that can accomplish that, not to mention be watched over 100 times and stay funny has some staying power.
