I need to know as soon as possible if computer vuruses are living. I need it for my lab report! I don't think they live though.

Not by the biological definition of life. Computer viruses do not respirate (or defecate) among other things..

No.There is difference. Computer vireses is types of program that act on computer. Some virses are present in pop up or on cd. virus spread by giving an infected disks such as cd or floppy.If you are thinking how are virus enter in disk. There is possible answer. Well if you saved a infrcted file from internet and you insert cd or floppy and virus infect the disk as well as spreading the computer. Some virus will slow down cmputer and even some will destroyed the computer. and VIRUS IN NATURE IS ORGANISM WHICH ACT ON OUR BODY AND ANIMAL .JUST CONSIDER computer is similiar to man and computer virus is similar to organism virus .

No way. They are basicallly programs that mess up your computer but definately not living organisms.

Absolutely! Most people don't know it but there are rare cases when they can pass from computers to people. I got syphillis from my Ipod.
