The city of Detroit promotes this discount once to a few times a year. Im not sure of the percent for discount but since the offer only last for a particular time I wanted to know when the next one will be or if a current deal is still going on to pay old traffic tickets.

Almost any city will do this. If you have quite a few, that is. Just call the city police department or whatever, and tell them that you'd like to pay them in full, and are they able to reduce the total amount owed. The worst they can say is no.

One city I know of took $300 worth of tickets, and cleared them for $147. Another city took $2000 worth of tickets, and cleared them for $1000. Most tickets go up in price after a week or so, and some cities will take them down to the original price.

You better call them. They are 20 Million in arrears and are booting cars that have outstanding tickets.
