Definitely, I hear they are great for small apartments, they don't run around much and are happy to stay in one place. But get 2, they need companions.

if u had a elephant as a pet than u would have to be extremely careful and have tons of acres 4 it to be!!! in my opinion i would not want an elephant as a pet because think of all the poop u would have to clean!!! i go to the zoo every once in a while and those animals stink! another thing is if this animal wasn't trustable or trained it could kill u so i wouldn't get a elephant!! they may be cute and fun to ride but they r also dangerous and wild animals!! take my advice so u wont get hurt!!!

depends on the elephant. For someone who has proper (for the elephant) housing, room, feed, and an understanding of elephant behavior perhaps. But they'd never but the same as other pets.
