"First, you had a paypal account with a false confirmed address,"

No - my paypal account is very legit & has my confirmed address. the buyer who changed the amount to 0.01 has the fake address.

First, you had a paypal account with a false confirmed address, and then you want paypal to deal with someone who changed the amount payed to $0.01?

Ever hear the phrase - what goes around comes around?

Look on the Paypal site to see if there are any contact email addresses. Or there might be a FAQ section on Paypal that might tell you who to contact. What is Jason n talking about ?
