just casually mention it. So it isnt as awkward just going up and asking her. Also if youre too scared to do that, slip her a note. And if all fails, just call her or send her an email. And dont worry if she refuses, if she does shes not worth your time. GL :)

Next time you guys are talking with each other, just say something like, "hey, how would you like to go see a movie?" or whatever you are planning on. You will be nervous but don't worry about it. The worst that can happen is that she will say no and that's ok too. Just be yourself.

If she refuses, then get over it. Don't be so scared. I haven't dated before and I know if a guy asks me out, I'll stay dumb for awhile.

No scare is necessary! U can try to invite more people to go & at the same time, also ask her out to join your company, so nothing scare or embarrassed, hehehe!

Don't use stupid chat up lines such as, i havent seen u in here before, give the girl a compliment, or making a joke - nothing too rude! jokes work everytime it is a good ice breaker! get the girl laughing and then the talking will begin! give it a try!

next time u guys r taling just ask her "hey,do u want to go to the movies this weekend and watch(the name of the movie) or something?" and youve hit the jakpot.unles of course she says no or says she is busy or says something that would not be helping you.lol.hope it works out.

i hate to sound rude, but shy guys are not attractive. I'm just trying to help you so please get over your fear. do you actually think you are going to be rejected? if you get rejected you will be pissed-off for like 2 days then you will go o, well she was a loser anyway, trust me most of my best friends are guys, i know everything- and usually things i don't want to know.
