What is the Indian Goverment doing about LIS ?

I understand from friends in India that the government and the law is very corrupted and will do anything for the RICH.

Whats LIS??? And the govt. in India can NOT do anything for the RICH they can do EVERYTHING 4 them
Give them cash and they melt like ice in a burner.
Even the ward boys in hospitals and the sweepers in the govt. offices included.
If you just say that u can pay or if u mention some far off relation 2 b minister or even his secretary your jobs done.
