File name YOUR-4CFD4ODO48\Daddy. Have tried spyware remover tools and a few other things. Still no luck. It shut down aol, which I re-installed but without security center. It changed IE
security settings and opened windows firewall. Help!

There's also a scanner on Microsoft's website that will scan for viruses and help remove them.

I figure it's the least they could do for allowing so many problems. :)

It may depend on your browser settings, your firewall settings or another security product. It can also depend on file type (some file types are blocked in certain products as they are often used to transmit malware). If you are using IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Security and select Internet then click on Custom Level. Scroll down and check your settings under Downloads. If you make any adjustments, you need to click OK, Apply, OK and close your web browser and reopen and see if that helps.

Still sounds like spyware to me. If you have tried spybot and adaware and they can not find it, try ewido trial or rougescanfix.
