For in ring ability, I would say The Eliminators or the Dudleys from ECW.
For ability with the mic- I would say the New Age Outlaws, (Road Dogg was just flat out great)
For a combination- Edge and Christian were awesome. Their interviews and "For those of you with the benefit of flash photography" bits were hilarious.
With the stipulation of the last 10 years, that takes the Road Warriors/Hart Foundation out of my lists, even though I will say the Legion of Doom is the best tag team of all time.

Definately The Dudley Boyz cause they wrestled for 3 out of the 4 companies mentioned and no matter where they are, I will always be a fan of theirs.
