I really Do like Revlon. This foundation never comes off or smudge. And even on the adverts they saying that it is light, Yes, i must agree, it is really light on your skin. and it is not ever that expensive. and it suits any skin type!

It doesnt really matter the brand. U can use Covergirl, Nuetragina, anything. GO to a makeup store such as Sephora to buy it so you can try it on first. To best cover up use a liquid coverup it conceals better than powder.

OTC makeup? I'm sorry that term applies to drugs.
Best make up I like is Neutrogena creme foundation in Natural Buff.
