I have 4x motherboard and i must buy 128 or 256 4x graphic card can you help me and name me some!

4X and 8X are backwards compatible with each other. Take your pick of any AGP card (just so long as it is not AGP Pro but there aren't many of those), http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=318&

You can go to most any computer seller's website and do a search for AGP 4x bideo cards
I use the site listed below, I just did a search and found 4 pages for AGP 4X

I think all of 128 or 254 VGA card is 8X. and you can't find 4X.
