If you are having an affair, chances are someone is going to get hurt. Unless you are two single people who are having a relationship, then someone is going to get hurt, whether it is the spouse or significant other of the other person, or your own. If there are children involved, they will get hurt as well.

Having an affair may seem like nobody is getting hurt, but at some point, it will be found out and the other partner will be very hurt. Plus, it hurts the person having the affair, you just don't realize it until it's too late.

When you ask a question like that you are usually trying to find a way to make having an affair right when you know that deep down inside it isn't right. If your significant other found out how would you feel.... really? There is a reason why you want to have an affair, something isn't right in your relationship to begin with. Try to find out what the real problem is and work on that.....and if you have tried and can't resolve the issue, then think about making a change or ending your current relationship. What do you feel......what do your really want?

Affairs are symptomatic of a troubled relationship and divert your energy from fixing the problem. If your primary relationship is valuable to you, then affair hurts YOU, even if the other party doesn't find out.

You are not the brightest crayon in the box if you think that no one gets hurt. People now a days need to get their own lover instead of taking someone else's.

Is stealing money from Mom's purse still stealing if she doesn't notice it's gone? Is knocking your neighbor down still assault, if your neighbor doesn't get injured? Is it dirty to wear the same underwear for 2 weeks, if no one else knows? C'mon, you already know the answer to this one. What are you looking for, permission?
