Offense is decent.
Pitching however is lacking. Good relief pitchers but your starting pitching is quite weak. They are all good young arms, but as a result of being young, they arent the most dependable, and dont put up the best stats.
Tips:
(a) search the waiver wire for guys. Possibly find a replacement for gonzalez.
(b) try and get another closer to help your staff a bit.

For catcher try getting Josh Willigham, Mike Napoli, or Michael Barret.For 1B get Mike Jacobs.For 2B try T.Iguchi,Jose Lopez or Jose Castillo get rid of Sanchez & A.Gonzalez.get rid of Guillen see if Matt Kemp is avialable all though i doubt it.for OF try getting Jason Kubel,Brad Wilkerson,or Marcus Thames.get rid of Mike Myers,J.Patterson,& Jason Jennigs & get these top rookie prospects that have been called up about two weeks ago.Jered Weaver,Anthony Reyes,Alay Soler & J.Sowers your pitching is ok but giving away J.Santana was really dumb

get some pitching stupid trade u did for Manny u needed pitching and u traded the best pitcher in the game what sense does that make. U had enough offense to begin with

Dont do anything that Lou guy said, cause its impossible and dumb (like dropping corey patterson).
On a lighter note, youre looking ok except for pitching. You need some pitching help but dont blow all your hitters on pitchers... use the wire often.

pretty good but u might wanna trade an OF 4 a pitcher, cause ur bullpen sucks ***, but dont trade corey patterson cause hes ur speed

drop patterson and gomes- try to pickup holliday, hawpe, dye, or rios.
drop- gonzales and try to pickup utely, broussard, berkman, howard, or swischer.
drop zumaya, duke, rodriguez, saito, and jennings. try to pickup up liriano, capuano, jenks, papalbon, and lowe.

I think it looks pretty good but you need pitchers.
