idea is utopian but who knows may come true in future. this is aconcept differrent from uno. this leader is responsible for the wellbeing of all mankind

In that situation there would be a group of leaders. No one person should have that power in a utopian society.

From the Bible point of view it will be the Anti-Christ. From a worldly point of view, I feel as said earlier. It would not be given to just one man, but, a commission of men. For example; 7-10 men with Representatives from every country to keep them informed. They may utilize one Spokesperson who would speak for them to the World about decisions or concerns.

I don't know who the leader would be, but I can pretty much guarantee Americans will be the last to join. Case in point, the UN. Its corrupt and crime ridden.
