First check with your MD there are different levels of Parkinson's disease. I'm sure there is something out there that is effeective or at least in the works. But until our government pushes something through the FDA then just try an alternative health like gettting a massage once a week or at least twice a month and contact your local herbalist or acupuncture. It won't hurt to try!

According to western medicine, no. However, acupuncture has been having amazing success (complete remission).
