Is it possible to work construction under the age of 18?...is there some sort of paper work you can fill out saying it ok for you to be working construction under the age of 18? ....Working as a construction labor....in the state of New York. If you get a work permit.....is it possible for you to work as a construction laborer?

You should have no problem in NYS working construction, although some companies may not hire you for particularly dangerous construction jobs because you are a minor. The company that hires you would be able to answer this question

In my experience with a work permit in the State of NY it is possible. When I was young the work permits were issued at the school. Check with the employment office, they should be able to answer your question.
