I have a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am with 170k miles on it.Everytime I turn a corner I hear a dull noise and feel some vibration.Steering is fine, fluids are fine, and it's not CV joints.

Any suggestions?

I agree with suspension or calipers, add ball joints and exhaust system, which may have rusted-out attachments and swings when you go around a corner and then swings back and forth causing the vibration.

Check wheel bearings. It could only be causing noise going around a corner cause theres side pressure on the bearings.

Could be either the suspension, alignment, or brakes-check rotors and calipers
