Best time to conceive is when ovulating. At the onset of ovulation your body temperature will rise between 0.4°F and0.8F. The purpose of the temperature increase is to create a warmer, more fertile environment for the fertilized egg. This temperature increase will last from ovulation until your next period.

Enjoy sex as often as you feel like, take it easy. That makes the probability of a pregnancy much higher than any calculating.
Of course, the biggest chance is 6 to 15 days before getting the next period. But don't worry about...

My husband was really turned on by watching his child grow and seeing my body go through all of the changes that it does, we had no problem with our sex life. But, I know that my BIL would not touch his girlfriend when she was pregnant with our niece. Some guys are freaked out by it, worried that they can hurt the baby, and to some it changes the way you look to them temporarily. Instead of being all his, you are now a baby factory...and he might be waiting for the day when you are his again. He may feel shallow and guilty for feeling that way, or for even thinking that he is not turned on by his pregnant girlfriend. There are so many reasons why...maybe you should just be blunt with him and say tell me what is up- because we know you got pregnant somehow. Good luck to you- I hope that this is fleeting. :)

Any day is good. When my husband and I wanted to get pregnant with our second child, we had sex every day to make sure we got the right day ( which doctors say is about two weeks before you have your period) but that day can vary depending on you cycle. So we did the deed every day and sure enough we got pregnant.
