I do it with the iron. I bash it down on the ironing board and press really hard when I'm ironing. If hubby has annoyed me I bash his shirts.Good stress reliever I find.

No, I've never had that sort of hate fantasy. Sounds very interesting though! Do you feel better after you've stepped on the object? If it does, it's all good.

Not necessarily step on things however, there are times when I am working out, that I pretend I'm kicking someone's butt. Even if I can only defeat them in my "fantasy" it helps to encourage me when dealing with them in real life (IE boss, neighbor, in-law, etc).

You might want to transition from stepping on things to step aerobics.

Good luck and sorry to disappoint you but you are NOT abnormal.

uh- no, and it sounds like you have some very serious anger issues you need to work out. I would suggest some anger management classes. This could effect the good relationships in your life. Why waste time hating. It is unproductive and anger grows in you like cancer which can ACTUALLY lead to cancer and other health problems.

No, i would have to say that is not normal, escpecially if you are stepping on critters and killing them and fantasizing, that is just sick.
