Hey be careful with those Sims games coz they mess up u'r computer. My sister bought the Sims 2 game and it installed but after a while it starts to crash & they make u'r computer really slow and it takes 4 ever to turn off.

Make sure you have enough memory. Then try again from the beginning if it still does it call the company and they'll be able to help you, you could just have a bad game disc (I had it happen to me) and just return it and get another one.
