My personal experience tells me that it is quite impossible to forget something that has created such a great impact in my life. But I can learn to LET-GO. Harsh reality is a fact of life whether you like it or not. But don't take that as the end of the world. Instead, every problem or even failure in life is an opportunity for a new beginning. You MUST rise up and continue to move on with a new perspective in life. Don't look back and lick on 'old' wounds.
Though it is easier said than done, a personal touch from some good Samaritan (eg: someone who can stick with you to go thru such times), would be the best thing that could happen to you right now.
God Bless!
