Ecuador, in my opinion. Although England has first class players, Ecuador has an urge for winning this WC, and i think that urge will lead them to the semi-final. Who knows?

Ecuador, got good skills and is out there trying to place their names on the hall of fame... this may be a chance for them to play extremely well and be a winner....
England on the other hand, is already famous...so expect a lot of over-confidence.... but you might be surprised... the odds for England being a winner is 3:1
