Why is it that even when Scotland havent qualified for the world cup the Tartan army is still having a better party in Germany than the English.

scotland know how to enjoy themselves. the world cup would not be the same without the tartan army. we are here in germany for the month of june and hav met 46 nations. socialisin is great.

Simple Mate
If we had Qualified for the World Cup we would probably have got beaten by Togo and Saudi Arabia and then Beaten Argentina in a heroic last stand
We go to these competitions knowing were not gonna win the thing so we enjoy it to the FULL while it lasts.
As you said we never even qualified this time and some Scots are over in Germany Enjoying themselves ..... But at least this Year our Team aint gonna let us down .....again
England go into EVERY World Cup with the atitude that Your better than everybody else and have a devine right to beat alcomers and bring the Trophy home , And how dare another team play better than England
Lighten up.... You aint Brazil or Argentina FFS

I am sick of the English/Scottish bashing on here! Come on, it's just a game of football!
By the way, I would you urge you to take this answer seriously despite the stupid pic, I used it for a question regarding plastic surgery.
And if Scotland were in the world cup I would give them my full support and that's not a lie!

It stands to reason the Jocks are partying more. Whilst most England fans are in the ground cheering the lads to victory the scots are still propping up the bar, envious of the English and drowning their sorrows.

Because the Scots know how to have fun & to join in & socialise with other nations.
The english are to up themselves to bother with others so all they want to to is fight to try & prove a point.

They used to believe they could win it. Once they realised they were a bunch of born losers they only had one thing left to enjoy the occassion.

It's in our interest to have a good time without winning, therefor we need not even be in the competition.
