First, I feel like what consenting adults do in privacy is none of my business. But supposing that a man I was intimate with asked me to engage in this kind of play, I'd probably decline. I have no interest in that vile place of excrement, either having my own attended to or attending to that of others.
Since we're on the subject though, I'd like to note that this does not necessarily mean that the fellow is homosexual. Any kind of person -- male or female, gay or straight -- might be attracted to this sort of play. There is a well known porn movie "Bend Over Boyfriend" about straight men who like this.

It doesn't matter what the rest of us think, if these things make you happy (I read your other questions) then by all means!
If other people think it's gross then that's THEIR hang-up. They probably engage in things that don't appeal to you, you know?
