I am very fair myself asides from the self-tanner I use. Whats the eye color? My eyes are dark-brown I usually use a white color or some sort of light color as a base, and for normal makeup I usually use a nice brown shade but recently discovered light green which works awesome too.

pinks and browns. Those two shades will add natural color to your face. So that means that blush should be a pinkish peach color!! And for lipgloss... pinkish brown.

These colors will look ah-mazing on your skin tone!! Have fun looking beautiful!!

Try a pink, if u have a tan do a bronze 2 bring it out, but if u aren't tan do a lighter shade, otherwise it looks weird. Mabey a light sparkly purple. Whateva u feel comfortable in, and look cute in.

stick to neutral tones like browns, beiges and creamy whites with some sparkle in them. Anything bold and colourful like blues and greens will look too much on pale skin, it can look like you've got a black eye or something bad.

Try a smoky gray or a smoldering dark brown to make your eyes look sultry. For that I would try Mark's I-Mark shades, like Tough Luxe and Java.
