I know it's rude, but I think this is one of the best words I've heard in ages!

flambasted was the word of the 'moment' for a good portion of my life.

Currently, my 'word' is smegma...only I don't use it in the 'proper' manner. Every kind of schmutz someone has on themselves I consider smegma (aka ketchup on the corner of your mouth = smegma)

Sometimes things are just so fking ugly ya gotta say something...so I like to use "Fugly" it's a great word for everyday use and no one is offended, and if they are...Fug them. I also enjoy "Feck!" Thank you Father Ted for adding that one to my day to day lexicon.

Dumaflachie

Alzheimers must be setting in and I can't freaking remember what anything is called. So everything gets called a "dumaflachie."

"Tujormidlarnak", an Inuktitut word meaning "make yourself at home" but literal translation means "don't be lonely".

Also "atsaarikitaak" meaning "butterfly".
