because they are actually to lazy to surf the internet...gosh what are things coming to?

Well, I think some people do it because they are lazy and some maybe jsut to get different answers from real people, and also it could be a form of entertainemnt to read some of the weird answers that people give to really easy questions.
Why did you ask this question here?you could have looked up the answer in the space where search for questions and saved the 5 points. it was already asked and answered many times.Wish I could be of more help but I am in a hurry,

I spend hours researching things on the net - mostly because the net has a host of info, but rarely the right answers. Here people with answers usually speak from experience directly to the question. And the asker can then decide if those answers do in fact answer their question.
Do you think you would have found opinions answers to your question by surfing the net?

Yahoo Answers is really nothing but an open forum chat room...folks use it for kicks.
Heck...most of the answers are opinions, useless answers, guesses, insults, or jokes.
I wouldn't ask somebody on this site how to be a brain surgeon and take their answer as Gospel!

Because sometimes it is nice to interact, and ask people from all over the world their views and ideas about stuff, and some answers you get will make you smile.

I've asked myself that question all the time. It takes them more time to come here and ask the question than to go to Yahoo or Google. :)
