Lee Harvey Oswald was supposedly shooting from behind the president. The bullet that hit his head, blew it towards his direction onto the trunk of the limo. Jackie climbed out of the cab onto the trunk to get it. There was a shot from the right front of the car to blow JFK's scalp in that direction.

If you mean JFK, then there is no way one person could ever, ever have pulled that off, and been such a good shot.
