It's her life, and she can go out with who she wants. You can tell her how you feel about her in hopes that maybe she was waiting for you to tell her that all along, but you can't make her like you. And you can't tell her who to go out with. If she's your best friend, she should know that you don't like the guy she does. Obviously, that doesn't seem to be getting in the way. I do want to add that no matter what, you need to support her still even though she is with someone you hate. And don't talk trash about him. She will resent you for that and it will push you further away from her.

You should practice spelling. Especially 'for'...'fer' is the same number of letters, so spelling it wrong on purpose makes you look like a goof.
Other than that, try talking to her.

If you want to pursue a relationship with her you know that that could terminate your friendship. Just tell her how you feel because the longer you wait the more into the other guy she'll be.

Keep on being her best friend. When the boy she likes dumps and dissappoints her, she will run into your arms. Be patient and don't give up!

tell her how you feel. be honest. she might be surprised at first, and probably confused. but you'll still be her friend, and be there for her. and that's important...she will remember that!
BTW...i married my best friend, of course AFTER he told me i totally freaked out, but i found that the best relationships are ones with your friends.
i love my hubby, and our friendship has made our marriage very strong.

tell her that you like her and say that you haven't gotten along with her dream guy. but if the dream guy doesnt like her then she might go with you. but it will take a while. and tell her how you feel about her and tell her why you dont get along with that guy she likes
