A one followed by 100 zeros.

A googol is considered the largest named number in existence. A mathematician once asked his son what he should call this number. His son was a baby so he drooled out googol.

A Googolplex is a googol to the power of a googol. It is considered a worthless number since there are is not a googolplex of particles in the Galaxy. Of course we are missing most of our galaxy. The scientist can't find it and all and call it Dark Matter.
