Yes I have. Waverly Hills Sanatorium, located in Louisville, Kentucky, opened in 1910 as a hospital to accommodate 40 to 50 tuberculosis patients. It has since come to be considered one of the most haunted buildings in the Eastern United States.

Waverly hills, was featured on the scifi show TAPS, they stayed there the night and got tons of scary s&*T happening to them on the camera, Waverly Hills was once for patients that had tubercilosis or TB many people died there including some nurses, the extact number has never been know of the deaths,
later on it was changed into a sanitorium, who were believed to be insane, again, many people died from the treatments, like shock therapy which many people suffered prolong or permant damage, and many people died from the "treatment" instead of being cured. Later on it was finally closed, some people have been allowed in to investigate, its located deep in a wooded area that adds to the scary ness

yes!!! i live in cincinnati and am part of the cincinnati ghosthunters group and we took a trip down there to do some investigating. i kept seeing a black wolf dog outside but it would dissapear and another person felt tickling on his ear like someone put there mouth to it to speak or something. another girl screamed and said she saw someone peak out the room at the end of the hall but it was empty. a woman with us said the place was evil once we drove up and refused to go inside. se said she is psychic and she just feels the evilness and she waited in the car

I'm from that area, and its pretty much all hype. It was a normal functioning TB hospital, but now that its abandoned and looks "spooky" there are all kinds of stories and media hype surrounding the place. Its very peaceful and quiet there when not full of people.

Yes, I've heard of it and I watched that program also but it was more like in the 10's of thousands (I want to say 40-60 thousand) that died there during the outbreak.

I saw a program on it ... supposed to be a haunted place. But like all such programs, all they had was some actors walking around in darkened rooms going "Did you feel that? I felt something! EEEE!"
Real scary.
Yah.
Mebbe it has got some haints, and mebbe it ain't. Don't know. Won't know till I go there, I suppose.
