No a yeast infection would not interfer with the results of a pregnancy test or delay of a period.

Maybe you are just stressed out or your period is just a few days off this month

You might want to wait longer than a day and a half to decide she's pregnant! Most girls arn't exactly on time every month. Your period can fluctuate up to around 5 days! A yeast infection shouldn't stop your period. I suggest she sees her doctor for the infection, and don't stress about pregnancy because stress can hold off your period. If she is pregnant, go from there, but don't stress right now because it doesn't sound like you have a good list of symptoms to go by.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

absolutly the infection cant cause her to miss her period, and did she see a doctor coz it could be an std aswell. but a pregnancy test will not be interfered by a yeast infection because its testing the urine for HCG hormones

Being 1.5 days late isn't a cause for concern. It's quite normal to be a few days off, even a week or two. Give it some more time.

Yes, yes and yes. I read that a yeast infection is a sign of pregnancy. Please get tested.
