Obviously you are lacking in the knowledge of a relationship, or marriage for that matter. It is quite obvious from your question that you are quite young and the question is leading, and at best , misleading....go back to school and take a course in sex education.

the normal way and timing should be enough, but i knew someone who has retroverted uterus so making her pregnant is an issue. they went to an OB Gyne and they said there is a position specific for this case. I suggest, get an OB too.
